Return Process

  Log into your Ewardrobe account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all clothing tags remain attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
